Katt\'s Ornithology目前向《我的世界》中添加了四种新鸟类：
- 森林中发现的鸣鸟，有四种变种；
- 在花草丛生的生物群系中迅速飞行的蜂鸟；
- 在丛林中发现的巨嘴鸟；以及
- 在冰原和冰山上滑行的企鹅。

此外，Katt\'s Ornithology还添加了__滑翔衣__，通过用八根羽毛包围滑翔翼制作。可以在航空学家的工作台上升级滑翔衣，将其与该模组的各种鸟类掉落的最多八根羽毛组合在一起。每个物种的羽毛在四个类别中为滑翔衣提供不同的增益或劣势：
- 速度，这是不言而喻的；
- 滑翔，影响保持速度的能力时间更长；
- 耐久，影响滑翔衣失去耐久度的速度；以及
- 护盾，影响玩家撞到墙壁时受到的伤害。
