疲劳度

疲劳度是一种游戏机制，用于控制玩家的睡眠状态，范围从0到100。你可以在*任何时间*进入睡眠，但只有在有足够的疲劳度时才能这样做。它显示在屏幕上，位置可自定义（默认在右下角）。玩家的疲劳度每个tick更新一次，但显示只会每5秒更新一次。如果在睡眠期间疲劳度降低到所需数量以下，你将无法醒来。

副作用

建议定期关注你的疲劳度，因为过于疲劳会导致一些不良状态。这些不良状态只会在进入新的副作用阶段时应用一次，最后一个副作用是永久性的。

默认的副作用包括：

- 疲劳度达到70时，头晕恶心持续150个tick

- 疲劳度达到80时，行动迟缓II持续300个tick

- 疲劳度达到90时，中毒持续200个tick

- 疲劳度达到95或更高时，行动迟缓III

模拟

与跳过夜晚不同，世界在你睡觉时会加快时间流动。这包括了生物群落的生成，因此建议找一个避难所渡过夜晚。或者，你可以在配置文件中关闭睡觉时的生物生成。

选择醒来时间

Somnia Awoken提供了一种通过右键点击床并使用特定物品（默认为时钟）来选择醒来时间的方式。选择醒来时间的GUI还可以让你睡觉而不会重置重生点。

原版睡眠

Somnia添加了一个选项，允许正常睡眠，关闭模拟并跳过夜晚。为了实现这一点，*在进入床时潜行*。这将重新启用默认的时间检查，因此你只能在夜晚睡觉。但是，Somnia的检查，比如最低疲劳度睡眠、忽略怪物和盔甲，仍然适用。在多人游戏中，如果大多数玩家选择正常睡眠，Somnia将停用。
