功能：

- 添加、删除、编辑和发送 cookie。

- 将 cookie 数据编辑为字符串或字节数组。

- 将 cookie 导入/导出到文件。

- 可选择忽略 cookie 和传输数据包。

- 模拟传输数据包，包括来自单人游戏（不再需要设置两个服务器！）。

使用方法：

在控制菜单中为 cookie 编辑器添加一个热键，然后在单人游戏或多人游戏中按下该键。
