魅影镰刀可以用3个幻翼膜，1个幽灵丝，1个幻瞳和2根树枝合成。
该多功能武器可用7种新附魔进行附魔，每种附魔都可以在下方找到。
凝视 (Gazing)
如果目标也受到了启蒙效果，会使目标遭受追逐效果。
此附魔仅有1级。
此附魔不能用于带有邪教附魔的工具。
邪教 (Cultist)
使目标遭受启蒙效果。
此附魔仅有1级。
此附魔不能用于带有凝视附魔的工具。
血之奔涌 (Blood Rush)
根据血之奔涌的等级为玩家提供力量。然而，只有在使用持久神秘物品在副手，并在双手持有镰刀和古董时才能激活力量效果。
此附魔共有3级。
飘浮 (Adrift)
为玩家提供缓降效果。
此附魔不能用于带有隐身附魔的工具。
此附魔仅有1级。
隐身 (Cloaking)
功能上表现为隐形，但没有粒子效果。
此附魔不能用于带有飘浮附魔的工具。
此附魔仅有1级。
连接 (Connection)
类似于抢夺，但可以让玩家获得新的掉落物品：幻瞳。
通过第二级连接，您还可以获得额外的幻翼膜。
此附魔共有2级。这是唯一可以应用于剑和魅影镰刀的新附魔。
精神吸食者 (Spiritual Leech)
