Spears
A brand new weapon, Spears are a long overdue addition to your arsenal. They behave similarly to Tridents but with extended reach, medium attack speed, and the ability to be thrown as a projectile.
- Extended Reach: Spears have an additional attack reach of one block when in the main hand.
- Medium Attack Speed: Longer recovery time than swords but shorter than axes.
- Projectile: Can be thrown like a Trident with damage scaled by speed.
Spears also come with unique enchantments like Thrusting, Whirlwind, Skewering, and Groundshaking.
Blazearm
A special polearm similar to Spears but with fire damage. The Blazearm sets targets on fire and has its own set of enchantments including Leaning, Hacking, Flare, and Skewering.
Shields
Shields are reworked with a progression chain from Wood to Netherite. You can craft solid shields or framed shields with varying durability and disable chances.
- Disabling shields depend on weapon type, attack strength, and enchantments.
- Custom enchantments like Shielding, Unyielding, Shock Rebound, Projectile Deflection, Cloaking, and Echoing enhance shield mechanics.
Swords, Tridents, and Axes
Existing weapons receive changes:
- Swords: Scales with material progression, increased reach, and sweeping attack damage.
- Tridents: Can receive sword enchantments, boosted by Thrusting, and Riptide deals damage to wet entities.
- Axes: Scales with material progression, boosted by Hacking, and can receive sword enchantments.
Other Tools & Quality-of-Life Changes
- Pickaxes mine glasslike blocks efficiently.
- Copper added to the progression chain.
- Various tools have increased base mining speeds.
- Fishing rods have a progression chain and enhanced properties.
Villager Features
Villagers can become Swordsman, Spearman, Toolsmith, Weaponsmith, or Fisherman with modified trade offers and interactions with the mod\'s mechanics.
Mob Features
Various mobs spawn with modified equipment, providing new challenges for players.
