该MOD的功能包括：
- 当所有连接的客户端暂停时，暂停服务器。
- 当没有客户端连接时暂停服务器（以节省CPU资源！）。
- 当服务器暂停时发送聊天消息。
- 为Op添加了一个 /pause 命令，无论客户端暂停状态如何都可以强制暂停服务器。
该MOD需要在客户端和服务器上都安装。
